At the age of 71, I started Yoga at my gym with Deniz. It was a tremendous challenge and continues to be so one and a half years later. I am now so much more supple, my balance has improved, and old aches and pains have disappeared. I had a painful hip problem....HAD...its completely gone!! During lock-down to date Deniz came online via Zoom, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays enabling me to continue exercising with yoga flow. After each session we discuss the flow and how I feel. Where I have difficulty she advises alternative ways to achieve a pose which we cover in a future session. Deniz I am so grateful for the time and effort that you have invested in me.
